CWS programs provide a mix of classroom learning and hands-on training to help our program participants to develop technical and interpersonal skills they need to become successful in today’s competitive job market. To reinforce training and gain work experience, we place our participants in short-term internships with area employers or with one of our businesses. Today, especially in these very challenging economic times, our goal is to help more people get into the job market, retain those jobs and help them advance.

We work with our participants to pursue careers and ultimately move closer to economic self-sufficiency.
